공직선거법 제202조(동시선거의 정의와 선거기간)

①이 법에서 "동시선거"라 함은 선거구의 일부 또는 전부가 서로 겹치는 구역에서 2 이상의 다른 종류의 선거를 같은 선거일에 실시하는 것을 말한다.

②동시선거에 있어 선거기간 및 선거사무일정이 서로 다른 때에는 이 법의 다른 규정에 불구하고 선거기간이 긴 선거의 예에 의한다.
