국민건강보험법 제105조(유사명칭의 사용금지)

① 공단이나 심사평가원이 아닌 자는 국민건강보험공단, 건강보험심사평가원 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

② 이 법으로 정하는 건강보험사업을 수행하는 자가 아닌 자는 보험계약 또는 보험계약의 명칭에 국민건강보험이라는 용어를 사용하지 못한다.
