국민투표법 제32조(언론기관 등의 대담ㆍ토론회)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관ㆍ단체는 투표운동을 할 수 있는 사람 중에서 대담ㆍ토론자 1명 또는 여러 명을 초청하여 국민투표안에 대한 대담ㆍ토론회를 옥내에서 개최할 수 있다.

② 제1항에서 "대담"이란 1명의 대담자가 국민투표안에 관하여 사회자 또는 질문자의 질문에 대하여 답변하는 것을 말하고, "토론"이란 2명 이상의 토론자가 사회자의 주관하에 국민투표안에 관한 주제에 대하여 사회자를 통하여 질문ㆍ답변하는 것을 말한다.

③ 제1항의 대담ㆍ토론회를 개최하는 언론기관 또는 기관ㆍ단체는 찬성 또는 반대(여러 가지 사항 중 하나를 지지하는 것을 포함한다)별로 대담ㆍ토론이 공정하게 진행되도록 하여야 한다.

④ 제1항의 대담ㆍ토론회를 개최하는 데 필요한 비용은 해당 언론기관 또는 기관ㆍ단체가 부담한다.

⑤ 언론기관 등의 대담ㆍ토론회에 관하여는 제31조제6항 및 제7항을 준용한다.
