국민투표법 제50조(국민투표결과의 확정과 공표)

① 「대한민국헌법」 제130조제1항에 따른 헌법개정안이 투표권자(투표인명부와 재외투표인명부에 올라 있는 사람을 말한다) 과반수의 투표와 투표자 과반수의 찬성을 얻은 때에는 헌법개정은 확정된다.

② 중앙선거관리위원회는 제47조제3항에 따른 집계가 끝난 후 즉시 국민투표결과를 공표하고 대통령과 국회의장에게 통지하여야 한다.
