국민투표법 제98조(직권남용에 의한 국민투표자유방해죄)

선거관리위원회의 위원ㆍ직원, 국민투표사무에 종사하는 공무원, 투표인명부(재외투표인명부등을 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다) 작성과 관계있는 사람이나 경찰공무원(사법경찰관리 및 군사법경찰관리를 포함한다)이 국민투표에 관하여 직권을 남용하여 투표인명부의 열람을 방해하거나 그 열람에 관한 직무를 유기하거나 하게 한 때에는 7년 이하의 징역에 처한다.
