근로복지기본법 시행령 제13조(우리사주운영위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제35조제6항에 따른 우리사주운영위원회(이하 이 조에서 "운영위원회"라 한다)는 우리사주제도 실시회사를 대표하는 위원과 조합을 대표하는 위원으로 구성하며, 위원의 수는 각각 2명 이상 10명 이하로 한다.

② 운영위원회의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 우리사주제도 실시회사와 조합이 협의하여 정한다.

③ 우리사주제도 실시회사와 조합은 법 제35조제6항에 따라 협의한 사항이 원활하게 이행될 수 있도록 그 협의 결과를 약정으로 체결하여야 한다.
