금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 제55조(이의신청)

① 제51조 및 제52조에 따른 처분 또는 조치(등록의 취소, 해임요구 또는 면직요구는 제외한다)에 불복하는 자는 처분 또는 조치를 고지받은 날부터 30일 이내에 불복 사유를 갖추어 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청에 대하여 60일 이내에 결정을 하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정으로 그 기간 내에 결정을 할 수 없을 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
