Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 18-10 (Measures against the Association)

① 금융위원회는 협회가 별표 2 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조치를 할 수 있다.

④ 금융위원회는 제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 협회의 임직원에 대하여 조치를 하거나 이를 요구하는 경우 그 임직원에 대하여 관리ㆍ감독의 책임이 있는 임직원에 대한 조치를 함께 하거나 이를 요구할 수 있다. 다만, 관리ㆍ감독의 책임이 있는 자가 그 임직원의 관리ㆍ감독에 상당한 주의를 다한 경우에는 조치를 감면할 수 있다.

⑤ 금융위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 처분 또는 조치를 하고자 하는 경우에는 청문을 하여야 한다.
