Enforcement Decree of the Road Traffic Act, Article 67 (Standards for Designating Specialized Schools)

① 법 제104조제1항제2호에 따른 전문학원의 강사 및 기능검정원의 배치기준은 다음 각 호와 같다. 이 경우 교육용 자동차등에는 예비용자동차등 및 도로연수교육에만 사용되는 자동차는 포함되지 아니한다. <개정 2016.7.26, 2024.11.19, 2025.12.2>

② 법 제104조제1항제3호에 따른 전문학원의 시설ㆍ설비 등의 기준은 별표 5와 같다.

③ 전문학원의 교육용 자동차의 기준, 도로주행교육용 자동차 및 도로연수교육용 자동차의 표지, 기능교육장 코스의 종류ㆍ형상ㆍ구조 및 도로주행교육ㆍ도로연수교육ㆍ도로주행기능검정 등을 실시하는 도로의 기준에 관하여는 제63조제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2025.12.2>

1. 제65조에 따른 교육과정, 교육방법 및 운영기준에 따라 교육을 실시할 것
