도시 및 주거환경정비법 제132조의2(건설업자와 등록사업자의 관리ㆍ감독 의무)

건설업자와 등록사업자는 시공자 선정과 관련하여 홍보 등을 위하여 계약한 용역업체의 임직원이 제132조제1항을 위반하지 아니하도록 교육, 용역비 집행 점검, 용역업체 관리ㆍ감독 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.10>
