동물보호법 제76조(휴업ㆍ폐업 등의 신고)

① 영업자가 휴업, 폐업 또는 그 영업을 재개하려는 경우에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 영업자(동물장묘업자는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 제1항에 따라 휴업 또는 폐업의 신고를 하려는 경우에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 휴업 또는 폐업 30일 전에 보유하고 있는 동물의 적절한 사육 및 처리를 위한 계획서(이하 "동물처리계획서"라 한다)를 제출하여야 한다.

③ 영업자는 동물처리계획서에 따라 동물을 처리한 후 그 결과를 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 보고하여야 하며, 보고를 받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 동물처리계획서의 이행 여부를 확인하여야 한다.

(3) A어 business비즈니스 operator아퍼^r레이터 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City시티 Mayor,메이어 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 Governor,거^v버너 or오 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 after애^f프터 disposing디스포우징 of어^v브 the^ð디 animals애너믈즈 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 animal애너믈 disposition디스퍼지션 plan,플랜 and앤드 the^ð더 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City시티 Mayor,메이어 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 Governor,거^v버너 or오 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 who후 receives^r러시^v브즈 the^ð더 report^r리포트 shall섈 verify^v베^r러^f파이 whether웨^ð더 the^ð디 animal애너믈 disposition디스퍼지션 plan플랜 has해즈 been빈 carried캐^r리드 out.아웃

④ 제2항 및 제3항에 따른 동물처리계획서의 제출 및 보고에 관한 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다.
