Enforcement Decree of the Corporate Tax Act, Article 121 (Scope of Change of Organization of Corporations)
법 제78조제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2015.2.3, 2017.2.3>

4. Where a corporation, etc. changes its organization into a cooperative under Article 60-2 (1) of the Framework Act on Cooperatives;
5. 「지방공기업법」 제80조에 따라 지방공사가 지방공단으로 조직변경하거나 지방공단이 지방공사로 조직변경하는 경우
5. Where a local public corporation changes its organization into a local public development corporation, or a local public development corporation changes its organization into a local public corporation, under Article 80 of the Local Public Enterprises Act.
