보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제67조(갱생보호사업의 허가)

① 갱생보호사업을 하려는 자는 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 법무부장관의 허가를 받아야 한다. 허가받은 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 법무부장관은 갱생보호사업의 허가를 할 때에는 사업의 범위와 허가의 기간을 정하거나 그 밖에 필요한 조건을 붙일 수 있다.
