산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제6조(위원장과 부위원장)

① 위원회에 위원장과 부위원장을 각 1명씩 둔다.

② 위원장은 고용노동부 산업안전보건본부장이 되고, 부위원장은 공익을 대표하는 위원 중에서 위원회가 선임한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2025.10.1>

③ 위원장은 위원회를 대표하며, 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

④ 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하며 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.
