산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제83조의2(진폐판정 및 보험급여 결정 기준)

① 법 제91조의8제1항 및 제2항에 따른 진폐근로자에 대한 진폐판정 및 보험급여의 지급 여부 결정에 필요한 진폐병형 기준, 심폐기능의 정도 판정기준, 진폐장해등급 기준 및 합병증 등에 따른 요양대상인정기준은 별표 11의2와 같다.

② 법 제91조의8제3항에 따른 합병증 등으로 심폐기능의 정도를 판정하기 곤란한 진폐근로자에 대한 진폐장해등급의 결정기준은 별표 11의3과 같다.
