상법 제926조(운송물의 성질에 관한 서류)

① 송하인은 세관, 경찰 등 행정기관이나 그 밖의 공공기관의 절차를 이행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 운송인의 요청을 받아 운송물의 성질을 명시한 서류를 운송인에게 교부하여야 한다.
