아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 제25조의2(아동ㆍ청소년대상 디지털 성범죄의 수사 특례)

① 사법경찰관리는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 범죄(이하 "디지털 성범죄"라 한다)에 대하여 신분을 비공개하고 범죄현장(정보통신망을 포함한다) 또는 범인으로 추정되는 자들에게 접근하여 범죄행위의 증거 및 자료 등을 수집(이하 "신분비공개수사"라 한다)할 수 있다. <개정 2025.4.22>

② 사법경찰관리는 디지털 성범죄를 계획 또는 실행하고 있거나 실행하였다고 의심할 만한 충분한 이유가 있고, 다른 방법으로는 그 범죄의 실행을 저지하거나 범인의 체포 또는 증거의 수집이 어려운 경우에 한정하여 수사 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부득이한 때에는 다음 각 호의 행위(이하 "신분위장수사"라 한다)를 할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 수사의 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
