아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 제35조(신고의무자에 대한 교육)

① 관계 행정기관의 장은 제34조제2항 각 호의 기관ㆍ시설 또는 단체의 장과 그 종사자의 자격취득 및 보수교육 과정에 아동ㆍ청소년대상 성범죄 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육내용을 포함시켜야 한다. <개정 2025.4.22>

(1) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 shall섈 include인클루드 education에저케이션 on안 preventing프^r리^v벤팅 sex섹스 crimes크^r라임즈 against어겐스트 children칠드^r런 and앤드 juveniles주^v버늘즈 and앤드 on안 the^ð더 duty두티 to투 report^r리포트 in인 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 and앤드 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 courses코시즈 for^f포 the^ð더 heads헤즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 institutions,인스티투션즈 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 under언더 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 34 (2).

② 성평등가족부장관은 제34조제2항 각 호의 기관ㆍ시설 또는 단체의 장과 그 종사자에 대하여 성범죄 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항의 교육에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
