자동차손해배상 보장법 제12조의2(업무의 위탁)

① 보험회사등은 제12조제4항에 따라 의료기관이 청구하는 자동차보험진료수가의 심사ㆍ조정 업무 등을 대통령령으로 정하는 전문심사기관(이하 "전문심사기관"이라 한다)에 위탁할 수 있다.

② 전문심사기관은 제1항에 따라 의료기관이 청구한 자동차보험진료수가가 제15조에 따른 자동차보험진료수가에 관한 기준에 적합한지를 심사한다.
