자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의15(사고조사위원회의 업무 등)

① 사고조사위원회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

② 사고조사위원회는 제1항의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 사고가 발생한 자율주행자동차에 부착된 자율주행정보 기록장치를 확보하고 기록된 정보를 수집ㆍ이용 및 제공할 수 있다.

③ 사고조사위원회는 제1항의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 사고가 발생한 자율주행자동차의 보유자, 운전자, 피해자, 사고 목격자 및 해당 자율주행자동차를 제작ㆍ조립 또는 수입한 자(판매를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 "제작자등"이라 한다) 등 그 밖에 해당 사고와 관련된 자에게 필요한 사항을 통보하거나 관계 서류를 제출하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 서류의 제출을 요청받은 자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

④ 제2항에 따른 정보의 수집ㆍ이용 및 제공은 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」에 따라야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 collection,컬렉션 use,유스 and앤드 provision프^r러^v비전 of어^v브 information인^f퍼메이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 comply컴플라이 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Personal퍼시늘 Information인^f퍼메이션 Protection프^r러텍션 Act액트 and앤드 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Protection,프^r러텍션 Use,유스 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 Location로케이션 Information.인^f퍼메이션

⑤ 사고조사위원회의 업무를 수행하거나 수행하였던 자는 그 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설해서는 아니 된다.

⑥ 사고조사위원회가 자율주행자동차사고의 조사를 위하여 수집한 정보는 사고가 발생한 날부터 3년간 보관한다.
