자동차손해배상 보장법 제7조(의무보험 가입관리전산망의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 의무보험에 가입하지 아니한 자동차보유자를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 「자동차관리법」 제69조제1항에 따른 전산정보처리조직과 「보험업법」 제176조에 따른 보험요율산출기관(이하 "보험요율산출기관"이라 한다)이 관리ㆍ운영하는 전산정보처리조직을 연계하여 의무보험 가입관리전산망(이하 "가입관리전산망"이라 한다)을 구성하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 국토교통부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관의 장, 「유료도로법」에 따른 유료도로관리청 및 유료도로관리권자, 보험회사 및 보험 관련 단체의 장에게 가입관리전산망을 구성ㆍ운영하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관련 정보의 제공을 요청받은 자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2009.2.6, 2013.3.23, 2024.1.9>
