Enforcement Decree of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 318-10 (Restrictions on Share Ownership)

법 제323조의18제2호에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 금융위원회의 승인을 받아 금융투자상품거래청산회사의 의결권 있는 발행주식총수의 100분의 20을 초과하여 금융투자상품거래청산회사가 발행한 주식을 소유할 수 있다.
