장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 제8조의2(실태조사)

① 보건복지부장관은 장애인 차별 해소 정책의 수립ㆍ시행에 필요한 기초자료를 확보하기 위하여 3년마다 이 법의 이행에 대한 실태조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 공표하여야 한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 실태조사를 위하여 필요한 경우 공공기관 및 관련 기관ㆍ시설ㆍ법인 등에 자료의 제출 또는 의견의 진술을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료의 제출이나 의견의 진술을 요청받은 공공기관의 장 등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 실태조사의 내용, 방법 및 공표 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
