Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, Article 35 (Formation of Mediation)

① 조정은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 경우에 성립한다.

(1) Mediation미디에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

1. 제33조제4항에 따른 조정안에 대하여 당사자가 동의한 경우

2. 당사자가 위원회에 조정합의서를 제출한 경우

2. Where웨어 the^ð더 parties파티즈 submit서브밋 a어 written^r리튼 mediation미디에이션 agreement어그^r리먼트 to투 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

② 위원회는 제1항에 따라 조정이 성립한 경우에는 위원회의 위원장과 각 당사자가 기명ㆍ날인한 조정조서를 당사자에게 보내야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 mediation미디에이션 is이즈 formed^f폼드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 send센드 the^ð더 parties파티즈 a어 mediation미디에이션 protocol프^r로우터칼 bearing베^r링 the^ð더 names네임즈 and앤드 seals실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 each이치 party.파티

③ 제2항에 따른 조정조서는 「민사소송법」에 따른 재판상 화해와 동일한 효력을 갖는다.
