전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(영업의 휴업ㆍ폐업 또는 휴업 후 영업재개의 신고)

법 제12조제3항에 따라 통신판매업자가 그 영업을 휴업 또는 폐업하거나 휴업한 후 영업을 다시 시작할 때에는 미리 총리령으로 정하는 신고서를 공정거래위원회 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 폐업신고를 하는 경우에는 종전의 신고증을 첨부하되, 신고증을 분실하거나 신고증이 훼손되어 첨부할 수 없는 경우에는 그 사유를 신고서에 적어야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2017.12.29, 2026.7.20>
