Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 25-4 (Designation of Domestic Agents)

① 법 제20조의5제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다.

② 제1항제1호에 따른 전체 매출액은 전년도 평균환율을 적용하여 원화로 환산한 금액으로 한다.

③ 통신판매업자 또는 통신판매중개자는 법 제20조의5제3항에 따라 같은 조 제1항에 따른 국내대리인을 지정(변경지정을 포함한다)한 후 지체 없이 공정거래위원회에 같은 조 제3항 각 호의 사항을 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)으로 제출하고, 해당 사항을 자신이 운영하는 사이버몰 등의 첫 화면에 공개해야 한다.
