Enforcement Decree of the Resident Registration Act, Article 2 (Delegation of Authority)

① 행정안전부장관은 「주민등록법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조제2항에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장 또는 도지사에게 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에 대한 지도ㆍ감독권을 위임하고, 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 법 제30조제1항 본문에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료(이하 "전산자료"라 한다)의 이용 또는 활용에 관한 승인권을 위임한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 사항은 제외한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.8.13, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2022.7.11, 2023.1.10, 2024.12.3>
