주택법 제14조의3(회계감사)

① 주택조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회계감사를 받아야 하며, 그 감사결과를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 보고하여야 한다.

② 주택조합의 임원 또는 발기인은 계약금등(해당 주택조합사업에 관한 모든 수입에 따른 금전을 말한다)의 징수ㆍ보관ㆍ예치ㆍ집행 등 모든 거래 행위에 관하여 장부를 월별로 작성하여 그 증빙서류와 함께 제11조에 따른 주택조합 해산인가를 받는 날까지 보관하여야 한다. 이 경우 주택조합의 임원 또는 발기인은 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제2호에 따른 정보처리시스템을 통하여 장부 및 증빙서류를 작성하거나 보관할 수 있다.
