주택법 시행령 제24조의5(가입비등의 예치)

① 법 제11조의6제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다.

② 모집주체는 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관과 가입비등의 예치에 관한 계약을 체결해야 한다.

(2) A어 recruiting^r러크^r루팅 entity엔터티 shall섈 conclude컨클루드 a어 contract칸트^r랙트 on안 the^ð더 deposit더파짓 of어^v브 membership멤버쉽 fees,^f피즈 etc.엣세터^r러 with위^ð드 an앤 institution인스티투션 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 주택조합의 가입을 신청한 자는 주택조합 가입 계약을 체결하면 제2항에 따라 예치에 관한 계약을 체결한 기관(이하 "예치기관"이라 한다)에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 가입비등 예치신청서를 제출해야 한다.

(3) When웬 an앤 applicant애플리컨트 for^f포 membership멤버쉽 of어^v브 a어 housing하우징 association어소우시에이션 concludes컨클루즈 a어 contract칸트^r랙트 to투 join조인 the^ð더 housing하우징 association,어소우시에이션 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 shall섈 submit서브밋 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 the^ð더 deposit더파짓 of어^v브 membership멤버쉽 fees,^f피즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport,트^r랜스포트 to투 the^ð디 institution인스티투션 with위^ð드 which위치 the^ð더 deposit더파짓 contract칸트^r랙트 was워즈 concluded컨클루디드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "depository디파저토^r리 institution").인스티투션

④ 예치기관은 제3항에 따른 신청서를 제출받은 경우 가입비등을 예치기관의 명의로 예치해야 하고, 이를 다른 금융자산과 분리하여 관리해야 한다.

(4) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), the^ð더 depository디파저토^r리 institution인스티투션 shall섈 deposit더파짓 the^ð더 membership멤버쉽 fees,^f피즈 etc.엣세터^r러 in인 its잇츠 own온 name네임 and앤드 shall섈 manage매너지 them^ð뎀 separately세퍼^r러틀리 from^f프^r럼 other어^ð더 financial^f퍼낸실 assets.애셋츠

⑤ 예치기관의 장은 제4항에 따라 가입비등을 예치한 경우에는 모집주체와 주택조합 가입 신청자에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 증서를 내주어야 한다.
