Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 650 (Crime of Fraudulent Bankruptcy)

①채무자가 파산선고의 전후를 불문하고 자기 또는 타인의 이익을 도모하거나 채권자를 해할 목적으로 다음 각호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하고, 그 파산선고가 확정된 때에는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2013.5.28>
