출입국관리법 제66조의15(사무국의 설치 등)

① 외국인보호위원회의 사무처리 및 조사를 위하여 외국인보호위원회에 사무국을 둔다.

② 사무국장은 위원장의 명을 받아 외국인보호위원회의 사무를 처리한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foreigner^f포^r러너 Detention디텐션 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 사무국에 외국인보호 조사관을 두며, 외국인보호 조사관은 위원장의 명을 받아 제66조의5 각 호의 사항에 대한 조사 및 그와 관련된 업무를 처리한다.

(3) The^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 foreigner^f포^r러너 detention디텐션 investigators,인^v베스터게이터즈 who후 shall,섈 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 investigate인^v베스터게잇 the^ð더 matters매터즈 under언더 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 66-5 and앤드 handle핸들 related^r릴레이티드 affairs.어^f페어즈

④ 사무국장 및 외국인보호 조사관은 외국인보호 업무에 관한 경험과 지식이 풍부한 사람 중에서 임명하되, 그 자격과 인원에 관한 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 and앤드 foreigner^f포^r러너 detention디텐션 investigators인^v베스터게이터즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 experience익스피^r리언스 and앤드 knowledge날러지 in인 foreigner^f포^r러너 detention디텐션 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 specific스퍼시^f픽 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 their^ð데어 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 and앤드 number넘버 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 사무국의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
