호스피스ㆍ완화의료 및 임종과정에 있는 환자의 연명의료결정에 관한 법률 제28조의2(호스피스종합정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영)

① 보건복지부장관은 호스피스전문기관의 정보 및 호스피스의 신청 등 호스피스에 관한 업무를 전자적으로 처리할 수 있도록 호스피스종합정보시스템(이하 "종합정보시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 보건복지부장관은 종합정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. 이 경우 보건복지부장관은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 해당 정보를 보호하여야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관은 기관 간 정보 공유 및 협력체계 구축을 위하여 중앙센터, 권역별센터 및 호스피스전문기관과 필요한 정보연계를 위한 조치를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 정보연계 목적의 범위에서 해당 센터 및 기관은 종합정보시스템을 통하여 연계된 정보를 이용할 수 있다.
