건축법 시행령 제109조(관계 법령의 적용 특례)

① 법 제73조제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 규정"이란 「주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정」 제10조, 제13조, 제35조, 제37조, 제50조 및 제52조를 말한다. <개정 2013.6.17, 2025.8.26>
