1. 청구인 본인에게 공개하는 경우: 청구인의 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다)이나 그 밖에 그 신원을 확인할 수 있는 신분증명서(청구인이 외국인인 경우에는 여권, 외국인등록증 또는 그 밖에 제3조제1호에 따른 외국인임을 확인할 수 있는 신분증명서를, 청구인이 외국의 법인 또는 단체인 경우에는 사업자등록증, 외국단체등록증 또는 그 밖에 제3조제2호에 따른 법인 또는 단체임을 확인할 수 있는 증명서를 말한다)
