공직선거법 제218조의26(국외선거범에 대한 공소시효 등)

①제268조제1항 본문에도 불구하고 국외에서 범한 이 법에 규정된 죄의 공소시효는 해당 선거일 후 5년을 경과함으로써 완성한다. <개정 2011.7.28>

② 국외에서 이 법에 규정된 죄를 범한 자로서 「형사소송법」에 따라 법원의 관할을 특정할 수 없는 자의 제1심 재판 관할은 서울중앙지방법원으로 한다. <신설 2011.7.28>
