국가인권위원회법 제43조(조정위원회의 조정의 효력)

제42조제2항에 따른 조정과 같은 조 제6항에 따라 이의를 신청하지 아니하는 경우의 조정을 갈음하는 결정은 재판상 화해와 같은 효력이 있다.
