Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 30 (Delegation of the President's Authority)
법 제68조에 따라 준용되는 법 제32조에 따라 심사평가원의 원장이 분사무소의 장에게 위임할 수 있는 사항은 「의료법」 제3조의4에 따른 상급종합병원을 제외한 요양기관에 대한 다음 각 호의 권한으로 한다.
The matters that the President of the Review and Assessment Service may delegate to the heads of branch offices under Article 32 of the Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 68 of the Act, shall be the following powers over medical care institutions other than tertiary general hospitals under Article 3-4 of the Medical Service Act:
1. 법 제43조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 요양기관 현황신고 및 변경신고에 대한 처리 권한
1. The power to handle reports on the status of medical care institutions and reports of changes under Article 43 (1) and (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제47조제2항에 따른 요양급여비용에 대한 심사 권한
2. The power to review medical care benefit costs under Article 47 (2) of the Act;
3. 법 제48조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 요양급여 대상 여부의 확인 요청에 대한 처리 권한
3. The power to handle requests for confirmation of whether costs are covered by medical care benefits under Article 48 (1) and (2) of the Act;
4. 법 제87조제2항에 따른 이의신청에 대한 결정 권한
4. The power to decide on objections under Article 87 (2) of the Act;
5. 그 밖에 법에 따른 심사평가원 업무의 효율적인 수행을 위하여 심사평가원의 정관으로 정하는 권한
5. Other powers prescribed by the articles of incorporation of the Review and Assessment Service for the efficient performance of the duties of the Review and Assessment Service under the Act.
