국민연금법 시행령 제30조(일시차입과 이입충당)

① 공단은 법 제44조제1항에 따라 일시차입을 하려면 차입 사유, 차입 방법, 이자율 및 상환 방법 등을 적은 서면을 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

② 공단은 법 제44조제3항에 따라 기금에서 이입충당을 하려면 이입충당의 사유 및 금액 등에 관한 사항을 적은 서면을 법 제103조에 따른 국민연금기금운용위원회(이하 "운용위원회"라 한다)에 제출하여야 한다.
