국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제106조(보조 또는 융자)

①법 제104조제1항의 규정에 의하여 기초조사 또는 지형도면의 작성에 소요되는 비용은 그 비용의 80퍼센트 이하의 범위안에서 국가예산으로 보조할 수 있다.

②법 제104조제2항의 규정에 의하여 행정청이 시행하는 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 대하여는 당해 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 소요되는 비용(조사ㆍ측량비, 설계비 및 관리비를 제외한 공사비와 감정비를 포함한 보상비를 말한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)의 50퍼센트 이하의 범위안에서 국가예산으로 보조 또는 융자할 수 있으며, 행정청이 아닌 자가 시행하는 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 대하여는 당해 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 소요되는 비용의 3분의 1 이하의 범위안에서 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 보조 또는 융자할 수 있다. <개정 2012.4.10>
