국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제111조(시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 구성 및 운영)

①시ㆍ도도시계획위원회는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 25명 이상 30명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2009.7.7>

②시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 해당 시ㆍ도지사가 임명 또는 위촉하며, 부위원장은 위원중에서 호선한다. <개정 2008.1.8>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 urban얼븐 planning플래닝 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

③시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 임명 또는 위촉한다. 이 경우 제3호에 해당하는 위원의 수는 전체 위원의 3분의 2 이상이어야 하고, 법 제8조제7항에 따라 농업진흥지역의 해제 또는 보전산지의 지정해제를 할 때에 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 변경이 필요하여 시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 하는 시ㆍ도의 경우에는 농림 분야 공무원 및 농림 분야 전문가가 각각 2명 이상이어야 한다. <개정 2012.4.10, 2014.1.14>

④제3항제3호에 해당하는 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자의 임기중 남은 기간으로 한다.

⑤시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 업무를 총괄하며, 위원회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 urban얼븐 planning플래닝 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 in인 overall오우^v버^r롤 charge차지 of어^v브 the^ð더 committee's커미티즈 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 its잇츠 meetings.미팅즈

⑥시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석(출석위원의 과반수는 제3항제3호에 해당하는 위원이어야 한다)으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2009.7.7>

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 urban얼븐 planning플래닝 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 registered^r레지스터드 members멤버즈 (a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present프^r레전트 shall섈 be비 members멤버즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) 3), and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 passed패스트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦시ㆍ도도시계획위원회에 간사 1인과 서기 약간인을 둘 수 있으며, 간사와 서기는 위원장이 임명한다.

(7) A어 Si/Do시 urban얼븐 planning플래닝 committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 a어 few^f퓨 clerks,클러크스 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑧시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 서무를 담당하고, 서기는 간사를 보좌한다.

(8) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 urban얼븐 planning플래닝 committee커미티 shall섈 handle핸들 general제너^r럴 affairs어^f페어즈 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 clerks클러크스 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 secretary.세크^r러테^r리
