Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 113-2 (Exclusion and Recusal of Members)
법 제113조의3제1항제4호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The term "cases prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 113-3 (1) 4 of the Act means any of the following cases:
1. 자기가 심의하거나 자문에 응한 안건에 관하여 용역을 받거나 그 밖의 방법으로 직접 관여한 경우
1. Where the member has been directly involved in an agenda item on which he or she deliberates or gives advice, by providing services or by other means;
2. 자기가 심의하거나 자문에 응한 안건의 직접적인 이해관계인이 되는 경우
2. Where the member is a directly interested party in an agenda item on which he or she deliberates or gives advice.
