국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(제안서의 처리절차)

①법 제26조제1항에 따라 도시ㆍ군관리계획입안의 제안을 받은 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장 또는 군수는 제안일부터 45일 이내에 도시ㆍ군관리계획입안에의 반영여부를 제안자에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 1회에 한하여 30일을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2004.1.20, 2008.2.29, 2011.7.1, 2012.4.10, 2013.3.23>

②국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장 또는 군수는 법 제26조제1항의 규정에 의한 제안을 도시ㆍ군관리계획입안에 반영할 것인지 여부를 결정함에 있어서 필요한 경우에는 중앙도시계획위원회 또는 당해 지방자치단체에 설치된 지방도시계획위원회의 자문을 거칠 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.4.10, 2013.3.23>

③국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장 또는 군수는 법 제26조제1항의 규정에 의한 제안을 도시ㆍ군관리계획입안에 반영하는 경우에는 제안서에 첨부된 도시ㆍ군관리계획도서와 계획설명서를 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 입안에 활용할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.4.10, 2013.3.23>
