5. 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 시행으로 용도폐지되는 공공시설에 대한 둘 이상의 감정평가법인등의 감정평가서(행정청이 아닌 자가 시행자인 경우에 한정한다). 다만, 제2항에 따른 해당 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업의 실시계획 인가권자가 새로운 공공시설의 설치비용이 기존의 공공시설의 감정평가액보다 현저히 많은 것이 명백하여 이를 비교할 실익이 없다고 인정하거나 사업 시행기간 중에 제출하도록 조건을 붙이는 경우는 제외한다.

6. 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업으로 새로이 설치하는 공공시설의 조서 및 도면과 그 설치비용계산서(행정청이 아닌 자가 시행자인 경우에 한한다). 이 경우 새로운 공공시설의 설치에 필요한 토지와 종래의 공공시설이 설치되어 있는 토지가 같은 토지인 경우에는 그 토지가격을 뺀 설치비용만 계산한다.
