기초연금법 시행령 제14조의2(기초연금 관련 정보의 제공)

① 보건복지부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 법 제10조의2제1항에 따라 제공하여야 하는 기초연금 관련 정보는 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 보건복지부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제10조의2제1항에 따라 65세 이상인 사람에게 인터넷 홈페이지, 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호 각 목에 따른 신문 또는 「방송법」 제2조제1호 각 목에 따른 방송 등의 방법으로 제1항 각 호에 따른 기초연금 관련 정보를 제공하여야 한다.

③ 보건복지부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 정보의 제공 외에도 필요한 경우에는 65세에 도달하는 사람에게 서면, 전화 또는 팩스 등의 방법으로 제1항 각 호에 따른 기초연금 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
