도로교통법 시행령 제26조(사용정지의 통고)

①시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제25조에 따른 정비확인을 위하여 점검한 결과 필요한 정비가 행하여지지 아니하였다고 인정하여 법 제41조제3항 후단에 따라 자동차등의 사용을 정지시키고자 하는 때에는 행정안전부령이 정하는 자동차사용정지통고서를 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31>

②제1항에 따라 자동차사용정지통고서를 교부한 경우에 그 자동차등의 정비 및 확인과 자동차등록증의 반환에 관하여는 제25조의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "정비명령서"는 "자동차사용정지통고서"로 본다.
