Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 20-2 (Conclusion of Agreements with Public Implementers)
① 법 제26조제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 절차"란 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 주민설명회의 개최를 말한다.
(1) The "procedures prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 26 (4) of the Act means holding a residents' briefing session that covers the following matters:
1. 법 제25조부터 제27조까지에 따른 사업시행자별 사업시행 방식의 주요내용
1. The main contents of the project implementation methods for each type of project implementer under Articles 25 through 27 of the Act;
2. 재개발사업 또는 재건축사업의 준비ㆍ추진에 필요한 사항에 대하여 토지주택공사등과 체결하려는 협약 또는 계약 등(이하 이 조 및 제21조의2에서 "협약등"이라 한다)의 주요내용

The main contents of the agreement, contract, etc. (hereinafter referred to as an "agreement, etc." in this Article and Article 21-2) to be concluded with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, etc. on matters necessary for preparing and carrying out the housing redevelopment project or housing reconstruction project.
② 법 제26조제4항에 따라 협약등을 체결하려는 자는 제1항에 따른 주민설명회를 개최하려는 경우에는 개최일을 기준으로 7일 이전부터 주민설명회의 일시, 장소, 목적 및 안건을 토지등소유자가 쉽게 접할 수 있는 정비구역 안의 일정한 장소에 게시하고, 인터넷을 통해 공개해야 한다.
(2) A person who intends to conclude an agreement, etc. under Article 26 (4) of the Act and to hold a residents' briefing session under paragraph (1) shall, from at least seven days before the date of the session, post the date and time, place, purpose, and agenda of the session at a fixed place in the improvement zone readily accessible to owners of land, etc., and disclose them on the Internet.
③ 법 제26조제4항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비율"이란 100분의 30을 말한다.
(3) The "ratio prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 26 (4) of the Act means 30/100.
