도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제21조의2(지정개발자와의 협약체결 등)

① 법 제27조제7항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 절차"란 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 주민설명회의 개최를 말한다.

② 법 제27조제7항에 따라 협약등을 체결하려는 자는 제1항에 따른 주민설명회를 개최하려는 경우에는 개최일을 기준으로 7일 이전부터 주민설명회의 일시, 장소, 목적 및 안건을 토지등소유자가 쉽게 접할 수 있는 정비구역 안의 일정한 장소에 게시하고, 인터넷을 통해 공개해야 한다.

③ 법 제27조제7항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비율"이란 100분의 30을 말한다.

④ 법 제27조제7항에 따른 토지등소유자의 동의자 수 산정 방법 등에 관하여는 제33조를 준용한다.

⑤ 법 제27조제7항에 따라 신탁업자를 공개모집할 때에는 「전자조달의 이용 및 촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호의 국가종합전자조달시스템을 이용해야 한다.
