도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제65조(통지사항)

① 사업시행자는 법 제78조제5항에 따라 공람을 실시하려는 경우 공람기간ㆍ장소 등 공람계획에 관한 사항과 개략적인 공람사항을 미리 토지등소유자에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 사업시행자는 법 제78조제5항 및 제6항에 따라 분양신청을 한 자에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 통지하여야 하며, 관리처분계획 변경의 고시가 있는 때에는 변경내용을 통지하여야 한다.
