보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(구인장의 집행의뢰)

보호관찰관은 법 제39조제2항 단서의 규정에 의하여 사법경찰관리에게 구인장의 집행을 의뢰하는 때에는 그 사유를 기재한 서면으로 하되, 검사의 지휘를 받아야 한다.
