산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제18조(공단 이사장의 대표 권한의 위임)

① 법 제29조제1항에 따라 공단 이사장의 대표 권한 중 공단의 분사무소(이하 "소속 기관"이라 한다)의 장에게 대표 권한을 위임하는 공단 업무의 범위는 별표 1과 같다.

② 제1항에 따른 공단 이사장의 대표 권한의 위임에도 불구하고 공단이 당사자가 되는 소송행위, 「행정심판법」에 따른 심판청구 및 「감사원법」에 따른 심사청구에 관한 대표 권한은 공단 이사장에게 있다.
